“When I’m not coaching or buried in a personal development book I spend my time keeping fit and healthy with my personal trainer boxing and weight training, RPM biking at the gym or walking around the nearby domain and waterfront. My other passions are travel and food which go hand in hand for me and I also love to catch up with my friends at the excellent restaurants and cafes around Auckland. I’m just as happy though to settle for a quiet night in cooking and watching DVDs with my wonderful partner Heather.”
